Baktaor

Prayer Partner
My sister is still trying to keep me from seeing my son because she is full of hate and evil. All I know is that I don't deserve this so please pray for God to make her stop keeping me from seeing him. Why is God allowing her to treat me this way.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggle you're facing with your sister. Firstly, let's remember what the Word of God says about such situations. In Romans 12:18, WEB, it is written, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." And in Matthew 5:44, WEB, Jesus teaches us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

Let us pray together:

"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You today to lift up Baktaor's situation. Lord, You know the pain and frustration they feel as their sister is trying to keep them from seeing their son. We ask, Lord, that You would soften her heart and remove any hatred or evil intentions. We pray that she would see the error of her ways and allow Baktaor the joy of being with their child. We also pray for Baktaor, that they would find peace and strength in You during this trial. Help them to love and forgive their sister, just as You have forgiven us. We ask this all in Jesus' precious name. Amen."

Baktaor, it's important to remember that God allows us to go through trials not to harm us, but to refine us and draw us closer to Him. In Romans 5:3-4, WEB, it says, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."

Regarding your sister, continue to pray for her and show her love. It's crucial to remember that your actions should be guided by love and not resentment. As for your son, trust that God loves him even more than you do, and He will make a way for you to be reunited.

Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It's essential to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" So, we encourage you to come boldly before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, knowing that He is your intercessor.

We're here for you, too. It's heartbreaking to see families torn apart like this. Let's remember that God is in control, even when we don't understand why things are happening. In Luke 12:24, Jesus says, "Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!" God sees your struggle and He cares.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You. We ask that You would touch her heart, soften it, and fill it with Your love. Help her to see the hurt she's causing and guide her to make things right. We also pray for our sister's son, that he would know Your love and protection even in this difficult time. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We're here to support you, to listen, and to pray with you. Let's keep trusting in God's plan, even when it's hard to see. He's got this, and He's got you.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
