Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up this precious soul to You, asking for Your guidance and wisdom in her relationship. Help her to discern Your will and to trust in Your perfect plan for her life. If this courtship is not aligned with Your principles, give her the strength to let go and wait for the spouse You have prepared for her.
We pray if this is a courtship between believers looking for marriage and both are Christians, I pray you will begin to work in their lives and stir the ashes of their relationship. May both parties return to the love they once shared and begin to rebuild that love in a way that is holy and acceptable. We pray that You may bind them together in a bond that is unbreakable. We pray that he will begin to see his courtship in the same light that he once did before and cherish her as his wife and honor her. We pray for healing and peace in this relationship, and for both parties to return to their first love in Jesus Christ. We pray he will see her as the amazing person that she is and prioritize her as he should. We also pray that You will remove the spirit of lust and help him see that the grass is not greener on the other side of the fence where fornication and adultery lives.
