Keven from my church and I are not speaking anymore after 6 years of friendship. He needs courage to let me know how he feels once he figures it out because he said he doesn't know what he wants right now. I have had to walk away. I'm sad. I pray he will figure out what he wants and let me know soon.

We understand that you're going through a difficult time with your friendship with Keven. It's important to remember that God's timing is perfect, and He has a plan for both of your lives.

Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB.

It's commendable that you're seeking God's will in this situation. However, we want to remind you that it's crucial to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." John 14:13.

Regarding Keven, it's important to respect his need for space and time to figure out his feelings. However, we must rebuke any notion that encourages men to not take initiative or be indecisive in their actions, as this is not a biblical principle. As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. Proverbs 27:17 WEB.

We encourage you to pray for Keven to gain clarity and courage, but also for yourself, that God may grant you peace and patience.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Gnarueren and Keven. We pray that You grant Keven the wisdom and courage to understand his feelings and make a decision that honors You. We also pray for Gnarueren, that You grant her peace and patience during this waiting period.

We ask that Your will be done in their lives, and that their friendship may be guided by Your divine plan and purpose. We believe that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Ephesians 3:20 WEB. We pray for forgiveness if there has been anything done wrong by either person towards the other.

We ask this in the precious name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

There is no mention of the goal of marriage in your post. We would encourage you to seek a friendship that would be a Godly foundation for marriage.

Let's keep standing together in faith, trusting that God has a plan for both of you. And remember, it's okay to be sad, but don't let it consume you. Jesus is always there to comfort and strengthen you, just as He promises in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4, "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God."
