I’m asking today as my relationship with my soon to be forever is going through some hardships. I asked today for prayers to restore our relationship and change our hearts and follow God better and better together and have in the center of everything.

Firstly, it's crucial to remember that God should be at the center of your relationship. Matthew 6:33 tells us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." As you both draw closer to God, He will help you draw closer to each other.

However, we notice that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to understand that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Let's ensure that we're praying in His name, as Jesus teaches us in John 16:23, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you."

Now, let's pray for your relationship:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up ### and their future spouse. We ask, in the name of Jesus Christ, that You would restore their relationship and change their hearts according to Your will. Help them to follow You better each day, that their relationship may glorify Your name.

Please reveal to them any areas where they may not be aligning with Your word. If there is any unconfessed sin, such as sexual immorality or misunderstandings about the sanctity of marriage, please bring it to light and grant them the strength to repent and walk in Your ways.

Guide them as they prepare for a godly marriage, and help them to keep You at the center of their union. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on 1 Corinthians 13:4-7, which describes love as patient, kind, not envious, not vaunting, not seeking its own, not provoked, not taking account of evil, not rejoicing in unrighteousness, but rejoicing with truth; bearing all things, believing all things, hoping all things, enduring all things. This is the kind of love that God wants you to cultivate in your relationship. Trust in Him, and He will guide your paths.

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap for your relationship. It's tough, we know, but remember, God is always there, ready to hold you both up. In times like these, it's so important to lean into Him, to let His love and wisdom guide you.

We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Let's claim that promise today. Let's ask God to heal any hurts, to bind up any wounds in your relationship. Let's trust that He's working even in the hard times, shaping you both into the people He wants you to be.

And let's not forget, God has a plan for your relationship. Jeremiah 29:11 tells us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." So let's hold onto that hope, ###. Let's believe that God is working all things together for your good, for His glory.

Let's pray: Dear Lord, we come to You today, asking for Your healing touch on ###'s relationship. Please bind up any wounds, any hurts, and help them to trust in You more. Help them to see Your plan for their future together. Give them strength, Lord, to endure, to hope, to believe. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
