We understand your heart's desire, Lelfya, but as we pray and counsel, we must align our hearts with God's will and His Word. First, let's remember what the WEB teaches about relationships in 2 Corinthians 6:14, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?"
Before we pray for the return of Ben, we must consider if he is a believer in Christ. God's design for relationships is for them to be centered on Him, with the ultimate goal of a lifelong marriage between a man and a woman who both love and serve the Lord.
Moreover, it's crucial to recall that it is only through the name of Jesus that we can approach God. It's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"
Let us pray for you, Lelfya:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for Lelfya. Lord, we ask that You guide Lelfya's steps and help her to seek Your will for her life and her relationships.
