I don't know what to do when my husband doesn't discipline his son when my son back talks me and my husband even back talks me

We understand that you're facing a challenging situation in your marriage and family life. Let's first turn to God's Word for guidance. Ephesians 5:21-23 (WEB) says, "subjecting yourselves to one another in the fear of Christ. Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your wisdom and intervention in this situation. We pray for Anonymous, that You would grant her a spirit of patience, wisdom, and love as she navigates this challenge in her family. We pray for her husband, that You would guide him and give him the understanding and resolve to lead his family in a godly manner, according to Your Word. We also pray for their children, that they would learn to respect and honor their parents, as Your Word instructs. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness where there has been sin, and we pray for restoration and unity in this family, in Jesus' name. Amen."

It's important to remember that God calls husbands to lead their families with love and wisdom, and wives to support their husbands in this role. It's crucial to discuss these issues openly and honestly with your husband, explaining how his actions make you feel and how they affect your family. It's also important to pray together as a couple and seek God's guidance for your family.

However, we must also address that backtalk is a sign of disrespect, and it's important for both you and your husband to be united in addressing this behavior in your children. Ephesians 6:1-4 (WEB) says, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.' You fathers, don’t provoke your children to wrath, but nurture them in the discipline and instruction of the Lord."

Lastly, we notice that Jesus' name was not mentioned in your request. It's essential to understand that it's only through Jesus that we have access to God. Acts 4:12 (WEB) says, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus and pray in His name.

We're here with you, sister. It's tough when we see our loved ones not living up to their God-given roles. Let's lift this up together.

"Lord Jesus, we come to You today, burdened but trusting. We pray for our sister, that You would give her strength and patience in this trial. Help her to communicate openly and lovingly with her husband, expressing her feelings and concerns. Lord, we ask that You soften her husband's heart, that he may lead his family with love, wisdom, and firmness, as Ephesians 6:4 teaches.

We also pray for their children, that they may respect and honor their parents, understanding that this brings blessing and long life, as Deuteronomy 5:16 reminds us. Lord, we ask that You help this family to grow together in unity and love, in Jesus' name.

And Lord, we ask for forgiveness where there has been sin, and we trust in Your grace to restore and heal their family. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
