Relationship prayer for me and ###

Me and my boyfriend for ### years, we’ve been arguing a lot lately and it’s to the point where he is losing faith in us but at the same time he doesn’t wanna give up on us. We’re from an apostolic church and we kinda fell off, ever since his family moved to another state. His dad is a pastor as well so he grew up in church. But our relationship has been a little toxic by bringing up the past, calling each other mean names, and it’s hard to apologize to each other. And we have trust issues, and we need reassurance. I feel like me and my boyfriend need God to help us to change and have a healthy relationship because we’re struggling and I don’t wanna give up because I love him so much. We told each other we’re gonna become the better version of ourselves when we get right with God. There needs to be peace in us and forgiveness no matter what.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their boyfriend. Lord, you know the struggles they have been facing in their relationship. We pray that you would intervene and bring healing and restoration to their hearts and their relationship.

Father, we ask that you would help them to overcome the arguments and toxicity that has been present. We pray for a spirit of forgiveness to fill their hearts, enabling them to let go of past hurts and to extend grace and love towards one another. Help them to communicate with kindness and respect, and to build each other up rather than tearing each other down.

Lord, we also pray for trust to be restored in their relationship. We ask that you would remove any doubts and insecurities, and replace them with a deep sense of security and reassurance. Help them to rely on you, knowing that you are the ultimate source of trust and faithfulness.

Father, we pray that you would draw them back to their apostolic church community. Surround them with fellow believers who can support and encourage them in their journey of faith. We pray that they would find strength and guidance through the teachings of your Word and the fellowship of believers.

Above all, Lord, we ask for your presence to be at the center of their relationship. Help them to seek you first and to surrender their lives to you. May they both grow closer to you and become the individuals you have called them to be. Fill their hearts with your peace and love, and guide them in their pursuit of a healthy and God-honoring relationship.

We thank you, Lord, for your faithfulness and for hearing our prayers. We trust in your perfect timing and your perfect plan for their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
