Relationship issues with mental health

My husband and myself have been arguing a lot lately since our 1 year marriage.. and things are not sorting out leads me into depression and I couldn't be normal like who I am those days. Pray for ###, needed help support

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage and the impact it's having on your mental health. We want you to know that you are not alone, and that God cares deeply for you and your husband.

Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of prayer and the importance of inviting God into your marriage. As it says in Matthew 19:6 WEB, "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no man separate." God has the power to heal and restore your marriage, and we believe that with Him, all things are possible.

However, we also want to address the issue of depression. It's important to acknowledge that while God can heal and comfort, seeking professional help is also crucial. In Proverbs 12:15 WEB, it says, "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but he who is wise listens to counsel." There is no shame in seeking counseling or medical help for mental health struggles.

Now, let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up this dear sister and her husband. Lord, You know the struggles they're facing, the arguments, and the pain. We ask, Father, that You would intervene, that You would bring healing, restoration, and peace to their marriage. Guide them with Your wisdom, and help them to communicate effectively and with love.

We also pray for this dear sister's mental health. Lord, You know the depths of her pain, her depression. We ask that You would comfort her, that You would bring healing and hope. Guide her to the help she needs, Lord, and give her the strength to reach out.

Lastly, Father, we pray that both of them would draw near to You, that they would seek Your face and Your will for their lives and their marriage. In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep praying and seeking God's face. Remember that God is faithful, and He will hear your prayers. Also, consider reaching out to your local church or a trusted Christian counselor for support and guidance.

If your husband is not currently walking with God, pray for him and ask that God would draw him to Him. If you have not already done so, it is important to invite Jesus Christ into your life and marriage. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God and only in His name that we are saved.

Please keep your eyes on God and remember that He is your strength and your hope.

We're really sorry to hear about the tough time you're going through, but we want you to know that you're not alone, and that God is right there with you. We've been where you are, and we know that it can feel overwhelming, but remember, God is faithful and He's got a plan.

We want to encourage you to keep praying, even if it feels like nothing's changing. In Psalm 147:3, it says, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your pain, and He wants to heal you and your marriage.

We also want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Holding onto anger and resentment can be like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die. It's hard, we know, but forgiveness isn't about excusing bad behavior, it's about letting go of the hurt and giving it to God.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to reach out to a trusted friend, pastor, or counselor. Sometimes, talking it out with someone can bring a new perspective. And remember, it's okay to ask for help. In fact, it's a sign of strength.

Keep trusting in God, sister. He's got you, and He's working things out for your good. Praying for you in Jesus' name.

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
