Thank you, Dulellen, for reaching out and sharing your heart with us. We are here to pray with you and to offer biblical guidance.
Firstly we are thankful you have continuously sought God. It is important in difficult times, and it remains the best recourse. God promises to provide for our needs as He has separated us for a purpose. Lean in faith, even in the midst of chaos. Be strong and of good courage as God promised He would never leave us or forsake us. Be assured that Jesus is there all the time as it is He who repeatedly says '..fear not..' in scripture. Actually, Do not fear is said 365 times in the bible. This one phrase is said for each day of the year.
```John 16:33 (WEB)
"I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world."
```
It is clear you care and desire to reconcile, but you cannot fight this battle for your boyfriend/ mate delineated in your request. There are some things that are concerning. You should be hesitant in actually calling this person your boyfriend, as courtship should be two individuals seeking out marital responsibilities together. Fundamentally, you need to have God's hand and Jesus in the person you walk with. It is concerning and should be mentioned that you do not mention Jesus as part of the relationship. Jesus is the only way to God and we are saved only through Him and His redemptive act on the cross. This act of relationships is fornication and adultery if he is not single. The Bible has no offering of marriage to another male.
Fornication is sex before marriage. It is said to be immoral acts. Fornication is immorality and is sin. It is a sin against God. since it is immoral and dishonorable and mentioned. It doesn't matter what excuses are made, it is a sin to have sex with a man or a woman before marriage. Scripture is full of advice and warning against this:
```
Acts 15:20
"but that we write to them that they abstain from the pollution of idols, from sexual immorality, from what is strangled, and from blood."
```
```
Acts 15:29
"that you abstain from things sacrificed to idols, from blood, from things strangled, and from sexual immorality, from which if you keep yourselves, it will be well with you. Farewell."
```
```
Acts 21:25
"But concerning the Gentiles who believe, we have written our decision that they should observe no such thing, except that they should keep themselves from food offered to idols, from blood, from strangled things, and from sexual immorality."
```
The list goes on over both the old and new testaments.
Since he neither believes or seems to have a relationship with Jesus, you should be concerned. Your potential mate should love the Lord, and you should love the Lord. As it is stated in Scripture:
```
Amos 3:3
"Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?"
```
So, you should leave any thought of staying in a relationship with this person. Truly loving someone is about having the same goals, but it must include God's goals. Pray for his salvation, but do not lead him into more sin by having this relationship which is inherently sinful. You should have faith in God as He knows the desires of our heart. His goals for you are so much greater than you can ever imagine, and He knows beyond your short time horizon.
Don't try to force things to happen, and stop praying either to force this situation. You need to seek the Lord and be aligned with His purpose. This man should have been a Brother in Jesus, and you should have known him by his Fruit. Understand that you cannot have known him for two major reasons. We do have a solution and a Godly course of action.
For matters of marriage, the Bible is clear.
```
2 Corinthians 6:14
"Donβt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness?"
```
```
Deuteronomy 7:3
"You must not be associated with them. You must not give your daughters to his son, nor shall you take his daughter to your son."
```
So, in short, do what God wills for your safety and seek holy counsel for marriage. There is nothing in the bible that permits a woman and a man to be together without marriage. Jesus had a plan for marriage and this is why He created Eve for Adam. The man is to be at the head of the family. This is God's plan and man's need. You should pray for God's will in this circumstance. If there is something else we can do under the direction our Lord and savior. Jesus Christ, Please contact us.
```
John 14:13
"Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
```
```
John 14:14
"If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
