Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Kanaiman's heartfelt concerns about this relationship. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." We trust in Your perfect plan for Kanaiman's life and relationships.
Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. If it is Your will, we pray that Kanaiman's boyfriend would be moved to let go of selfishness and learn to communicate effectively. Grant him the wisdom and willingness to take the next step in their relationship, if this aligns with Your purpose. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us to "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." May Kanaiman trust in Your guidance and lean not on personal understanding.
Father, we also lift up Kanaiman's emotional well-being. The feelings of depression and uncertainty are heavy burdens. Please provide comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Surround Kanaiman with Your love and support, and give the strength needed to face each day.
If it is Your will that this relationship is not meant to be, we pray for the courage and clarity for Kanaiman to let go and move forward. We place this entire situation in Your hands, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You, as stated in Romans 8:28.
We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
