We understand that you are seeking regularization of your job position and we are here to pray and offer guidance based on biblical principles. Before we address your request, we want to remind you that God is faithful and that His word is true. "Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need" Hebrews 4:16 (WEB).
Firstly, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and plan for your life. "For I know the plans that I have in mind for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for calamity, to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB). Remember that God has a purpose for your career and He will guide you according to His will.
Secondly, we want to remind you of the importance of diligence and hard work in your current position. "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB).
Now, let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this dear one who is seeking regularization of their job position. We ask that You guide them according to Your will and grant them favor in the sight of their employers. Help them to trust in Your timing and to work diligently in their current role. We rebuke any anxiety or fear they may have regarding their job security and we ask You to provide them with peace and reassurance. We pray that they will find their identity in You alone and not in their job title or position.
Lord Jesus Christ, we also want to take this opportunity to remind this dear one that it is only by Your name that we have access to God. "For there is no other name given among men, whereby we must be saved, nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved" Acts 4:12 (WEB).
We ask all these things in Jesus' name. Amen.
