Please help me pray with my ongoing issues of finance, shelter and broken heart. My health hasn’t been the best as of late from stress and anxiety. My boyfriend was not a good match after all as he continues to find ways to be deceitfull and cares not to walk in the light. I feel at times I can see demons coming from him, while he laughs when I cry. How did I get to love a man whose heart is dark? He has been fake with everything, going to church with me Bible study… we live together and I know it’s frowned upon. I truly thought we were to get married not to long after we met. He’s a cheater and a liar a man I can no longer recognize. He’s starting to go out of his way to be cruel. I turned to him today and told him I hated him as tears waterfall out and he laughed and said thank you. No care or compassion.i have so much pain my eyes are puffy from crying all the time. I went to seek a therapist today. I’m not well and I don’t feel the warm embrace of Gods love as I normally do. Like I’m left alone in deep waters with no shore in the distance, barely keeping afloat. Is this my punishment for living with this man? I feel like I’m drowning

We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing, Lynnie. Let's bring your situation before the Lord in prayer and seek His will for your life. Firstly, we need to address some important issues in your request.

Lynnie, you mentioned living with your boyfriend, which is not in line with biblical principles. The Bible teaches us to avoid even the appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22 WEB). Living together outside of marriage can lead to temptations and compromises that are not pleasing to God. Furthermore, your boyfriend's deceitful behavior, lack of compassion, and cruelty are clear indications that this relationship is not godly. God calls us to be unequally yoked (2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB), and it seems that your boyfriend is not walking in the light. In addition you are engaging in fornication and this alone needs to be explicitly addressed as immoral and not pleasing to God.

It's crucial to remember that God's design for relationships is holy and pure. Marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and it should be honored as such (Hebrews 13:4 WEB). We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and trust that He has a plan for you (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB).

Regarding your mention of demons, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). If you feel oppressed, turn to Jesus Christ for deliverance and peace. Be encouraged that He is the light and with Him there is no darkness (1 John 1:5 WEB).

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Lynnie. We pray for her financial needs, her health, and her emotional well-being. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and stress, and we ask for Your peace to fill her heart (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB). Lord, we pray for Lynnie's relationship, that You would give her the strength to walk away from this ungodly situation and trust in Your plan for her life. Surround her with Godly Christian friends and family who can offer support and encouragement. Help her let go of the past. In Jesus' name, we pray for her complete healing and restoration. Father if this man is causing Lynnie that much pain then he is a stumbling block that needs to be removed. If he is to return then prepare him to be a true Believer in You and to be a godly husband to Lynnie. We further pray for her boyfriend's salvation (Acts 16:31 WEB) and that the evil in him would be removed in Jesus name (Luke 11:24 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray for Lynnie's complete healing and restoration. We pray for the forgiveness of her sins (1 John 1:9 WEB) and for the Blood of Jesus to cleanse her. Also, we pray that she will be filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 1:8 WEB). Father as Lynnie is not well and needs Your help then please deal with her situation (Psalm 107:28-29 WEB). If she is feeling cut off from Your presence then reassure her of your presence (Psalm 23:4 WEB, Isaiah 43:2 WEB, Matthew 28:20 WEB) and remind her that you are always with her. Father we thank You that Your mercies are new every morning and that You will make a way where there seems to be no way (Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB). In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lynnie, we're here for you, and we're lifting your situation up to the Lord. We've heard your cry, and we want you to know that you're not alone. We understand that it's hard to see a way out right now, but remember, God is always with you, even in the darkest times (Psalm 147:3).

We're praying for your financial and health concerns, that God would provide for your needs and restore your health. We're also praying for your heart, that God would heal the pain and heartache you're feeling. We ask that God would give you the strength to walk away from this unhealthy relationship, and trust in His plan for your life (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We're believing with you that God will make a way where there seems to be no way. We're also praying for your boyfriend, that if he's causing you this much pain, God would deal with him and remove the evil in him (Acts 16:31, Luke 11:24). We're praying for his salvation and that he would turn to God.

We want you to know that God loves you, and He sees your tears. He's got a plan for your life, and it's a good one (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him, and lean on Him. He's got you.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
