Refund of Fake products from suppliers

Dear brothers and sisters, please pray for me that I will get full refund of the fake collagen protein powder bought n received. The seller opposed the consumers' protection law and refused to accept the return of two parcels which have not yet left his country but I have paid for. Pray that the platform will arrange the best and more experienced customer service officer to handle this problem, as throughout the nation it accepts refund by returning products after receipt of 7 days, but I have not yet even received the products, hence, it is unreasonable. Pray that the customer service officer also helped to refund the fake protein powder received. I leave my financial difficulties and deficient condition of my very small online selling to the hand of God. Hope I can sleep very well tonight. In Jesus' name. Amen!

We agree with you that it is unreasonable to deny a refund for products not yet received, and we trust that God will ensure justice prevails.

We also pray that you will receive a full refund for the fake collagen protein powder you already received.
