We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with unpaid debts and unkept promises. Firstly, let's bring this before the Lord in prayer. We need to identify and pray about several issues. You have not mentioned Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Father in heaven, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. They are facing financial struggles and the stress of unpaid debts and unfulfilled promises. We pray for Your provision and grace to overcome this situation. We ask for Your wisdom to guide them through these trials, and for Your peace to guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Now, let's address the issues at hand. Firstly, it's important to remember that God is our ultimate provider. As it is written in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB:
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
Secondly, we must continue to trust God and do what is right, even when others may not be acting accordingly. As the Apostle Paul wrote in Romans 12:17-21 WEB:
17:17:Return no one evil for evil. Respect what is honorable in the sight of all men.
17:18:If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men.
17:19

on’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.”
17:20:Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.”
17:21

on’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Finally, let's address the issue of work. It's important to seek honest work to provide for our needs and not fall into debt or dependency on others. As it is written in 2 Thessalonians 3:10-12 WEB:
3:10:For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: “If anyone is not willing to work, don’t let him eat.”
3:11:For we hear of some who walk among you in rebellion, who don’t work at all, but are busybodies.
3:12:Now those who are that way, we command and exhort in the Lord Jesus Christ, that they work with quietness and eat their own bread.
We encourage you to seek God's will for your life and trust in His provision. Keep praying and seeking His face, and He will guide you through this challenging time. Remember, God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you are able to bear. He will make a way of escape. Let's end with a final prayer.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We ask that You guide our brother/sister to the right job that fits the skills You've given them and be provided to pay the debts owed. We ask that You soften the hearts of those who owe them money and that they do so quickly. We pray that You give them peace and hope for the future so that they can be free from anxiety and stress. We pray for their salvation and that they believe in Jesus Christ if they do not. We pray that they are in your will and your word everyday. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
