Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ### and their upcoming appointment with the doctor. Lord, we lift up their CT Scan report and blood reports to you. We ask that you would intervene and bring about normal results. We pray for clarity and wisdom for the doctor as they review the reports, that they may find positive results without any major complications.

We thank you, Lord, for all the mighty miracles you have done for ### in the past. We praise you and give you thanks, Jesus, for your faithfulness and goodness. We declare your name, Jesus, and we rejoice in your presence. Alleluia, alleluia!
