We understand that you are dealing with a recurring rash that appears in the morning and evening. We want to remind you that God is the ultimate healer, and His power is made perfect in our weakness. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB, "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.'"
While you have been applying ointment to ease the symptoms, remember that true healing comes from the Lord. We encourage you to continue to trust in Him, as it is by His stripes that we are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is dealing with this recurring rash. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon them, that this rash may disappear completely and never return. Help them to trust in Your healing power and to glorify Your name through this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We also want to encourage you to seek godly counsel from medical professionals, as God often uses them as instruments of His healing. Keep trusting in the Lord, and may His peace rule in your heart (Colossians 3:15 WEB).
Lastly, we noticed that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).
