Recovery

I am in recovery mode trying to get myself back right. I have fallen away and I need the Lord in my life. I am ashamed of how I have been acting like the world. I have tarnished my testimony and I am praying for the Lord's love ,mercy ,protection and forgiveness over me

We are truly grateful to hear that you are seeking to recover and restore your life with the Lord, Anonymous. It's important to remember that we all fall short, but it's the getting back up and turning to God that matters most. As it is written in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

We must address that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is through His name that we receive forgiveness, mercy, and grace. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to call on the name of Jesus, believing in Him for your salvation and restoration.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Anonymous. Lord, they have acknowledged their sins and are seeking Your face once more. We ask for Your forgiveness, mercy, and cleansing over their life. Restore their testimony, Lord, and help them to walk in Your ways once more. Protect them from the temptations of this world and grant them the strength to resist sin. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding and empowering them to live a life pleasing to You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, Anonymous. God is eager to forgive and restore those who come to Him with a repentant heart. As Psalm 51:10-12 (WEB) says, "Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. Don’t throw me from your presence, and don’t take your holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Uphold me with a willing spirit." Trust in the Lord, and He will see you through.

We've been reminded of a verse from Isaiah 40:31 that says, "But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Trust that God is restoring your strength as you wait on Him.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
