My knees have gotten hurt multiple times because of overuse and various accidents in the past two decades. Last December, I didn't stretch properly on a cold day. I found something must have gone wrong after finishing my workout routine, which was actually a low-impact and knee-friendly one. Then I started going to treatments. Last month, I finally felt my knees were okay so I started doing similar routines other than casual walks and using resistant bands. But for some weird reason, they started hurting again since a few days ago, especially the right one. The back of it keeps having a very stingy feeling and it's really painful. I love doing exercises as it's a great way for me to de-stress. Could you please pray for my recovery? Thanks.

Please Pray This Prayer From Your Heart: God I ask You in Jesus' name bless me with the desires of my heart that is the will of God for my life and the lives of those I pray for. God place Your angels all around me to cover and protect me from all sickness, evil, hurt, harm, danger, accidents, the plans of my enemies, and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God deal with all my enemies according to Your Word. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, all those I love and care about, and all those who love and care about me. And God please bless each of us to always walk in character and habits of Christ Jesus. Let us all live our lives for Your glory and good pleasure. Full recovery of my father
Prayers for my father for his full recovery that he'll be healed body, mind and soul. That he'll return to his daily routine healthily. I also pray for our family that continous money will come to us. Fill my wallet with money so that I could cover all of my father's hospital bills and necessities.
