Please stand in the gap for me. I sold my property last year and the buyer paid part of the price and has since become stubborn. It's not that he has no money but that he has plenty of it! He even hosts expensive parties for his relatives dishing out foreign currency without let. He boasts that he can only pay in his own time! Meanwhile, my projects have stalled! And he cares less!

I request you to pray for God's intervention for a speedy and an amicable conclusion of this matter.
