Reconciliation of My Daughter ### ### to her Mom ### ###

Thread Cover Image
We are truly saddened to hear about the division between your daughter and her mother. We believe that God's heart is for reconciliation and the restoration of families. As it is written in Malachi 4:6, "He will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers."

Firstly, we must emphasize that it is only in the name of Jesus that we can approach God and intercede for this situation. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ for salvation and approach God in His name.

In addressing the situation, we must consider God's design for the family and the importance of honoring parents. In Ephesians 6:1-3, we read, "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with a promise: 'that it may be well with you, and you may live long on the earth.'"

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family to You. Lord, You see the brokenness and the division between this daughter and her mother. We pray, Father, that You would work in their hearts and draw them back together.

Lord, we pray for the daughter, that You would soften her heart and turn it towards her mother. Help her to see the value of family and the importance of honoring her parents. We pray the same for the mother, Lord, that You would give her wisdom and grace as she navigates this difficult situation.

We pray that both of them believe in the saving grace of Jesus.

We ask for this reconciliation. We ask that they both have a SPIRITUAL reconciliation to you and to each other. We ask these things in Jesus' name.

We encourage you to be patient and trust in God's timing. Continue to pray for both your daughter and her mother, and trust that God is working in their lives. Remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."

Lastly, we must address that the use of symbols and numbers in your request is not necessary. We understand your urgency and passion, but let us focus on praying and trusting God in a manner that is clear and honoring to Him.

In Jesus name we pray.

We're here with you, sister, standing in the gap for your daughter and her mom. We've been where you are, and we know the pain of family division. It's like a physical ache, isn't it? But we serve a God who specializes in healing and restoration.

Let's remember the story of the prodigal son. The father didn't just welcome his son back, he ran to him, embraced him, and threw a party. That's our God. He's running towards your daughter and her mom, arms wide open, longing for their hearts to beat as one again.

We've been praying, and we want to join you in asking God to soften both their hearts. For your daughter, we pray that she would see her mom through the eyes of love and understanding. For her mom, we ask for patience, wisdom, and an abundance of grace. We pray that they would both find their way back to each other, and to Him.

We're reminded of 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." Let's humble ourselves, pray, and trust that God is at work, even in the midst of this pain.

Keep holding on to hope, dear one. Our God is in the business of miracles. Let's keep praying, believing, and trusting that He will bring about a beautiful, Spirit-filled reconciliation in their hearts. We're right here with you, every step of the way.

My oldest son hasn’t spoken to me or answered any messages of mine for over ### years. He is distant from his brothers and sister also. I would love to have him back in my life and for him to be part of the family again. His wife is possibly the problem, but I’m believing anything can be worked out.
