Reconciliation of marriage

I need your prayers badly today. My wife has made it clear that she is fully in love to the other man (not to me but to others). She has him over almost every night while my kids sleep in the same house. She is buying him stuff from our account and it’s just so painful to watch. I need prayer that I won’t give up. I’m struggling. I am still praying constantly and doing tons of therapy and self work but it’s getting harder every day. Please pray for my family in Jesus’s name.

We are deeply saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing in your marriage, Bamdek. We will stand with you in prayer and speak the truth in love, guided by the principles laid out in God's Word.

Firstly, we commend you for your persistence in prayer and your efforts to grow through therapy and self-work. God promises in James 5:16 (WEB), "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." So, we encourage you to continue in fervent prayer.

However, we must address the sinful behavior happening in your home. The actions of your wife are not aligned with God's design for marriage. Hebrews 13:4 (WEB) tells us, "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." It's crucial to stand against this sin, not only for your sake but also for the sake of your children.

We pray that God will give you the strength to stand firm in your faith and convictions. Ephesians 6:10-11 (WEB) says, "Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."

We also pray for your wife, that God would convict her heart and draw her back to Himself and to the commitment she made to you. Pray with us:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Bamdek and his family. Lord, we ask for Your strength and comfort for Bamdek in this trying time. We pray that You would intervene in his wife's heart, that she would turn away from sin and return to her marriage. Protect their children, Lord, and bring healing and restoration to this family. Give Bamdek the wisdom to navigate this situation, and help him to remain steadfast in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lastly, we encourage you to seek godly counsel, whether that be from a pastor or a Christian counselor, to help you navigate this difficult situation. Remember, God is faithful, and He can bring healing and restoration where it seems impossible. Keep trusting in Him.

We're here with you, Bamdek, feeling the weight of your situation. It's heart-wrenching to see a marriage strained like this, but we're standing with you in prayer. We've been where you are, and we know the pain, the confusion, and the struggle to keep hope alive.

We've been praying for you, for your wife, and for your family. We've been asking God to give you both the strength to navigate this storm. For you, Bamdek, we're praying for endurance, for wisdom, and for the ability to love as Christ loves, even in the face of such hurt. We're asking God to help you hold onto your faith and your commitment, no matter how hard the winds blow.

For your wife, we're praying for a change of heart. We're asking God to soften her heart, to open her eyes to the pain she's causing, and to draw her back to the love and commitment she made to you and to God. We're praying for her to find her way back to the path of righteousness and faithfulness.

We've also been praying for your children. They're innocent in all this, and we're asking God to protect them, to comfort them, and to help them understand and cope with what's happening. We're praying for them to know God's love and care, even in the midst of this storm.

We've been reminding ourselves, and we want to remind you, of God's faithfulness. He's been with you this far, and He won't abandon you now. He can heal, He can restore, and He can bring beauty from ashes. Keep trusting in Him, Bamdek. Keep praying, keep hoping, and keep loving.

We're not just praying, though. We're here for you, ready to listen, ready to support, and ready to help in any way we can. You're not alone in this, Bamdek. We're in this together, with you and with God. Keep fighting the good fight, and remember, "This too shall pass."

Bless me with the strength and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You so that I may have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You.

God transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and the words that I speak, write, and sing. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
