Reconciliation of marriage

Hi prayer team,

I’m asking for a strong round of prayers tonight as I need them so badly. Jesus is the only one who could help me in the situation. I’m in. My wife is getting super serious with the other guy and pushing extremely hard to speed up the divorce every single day so that she can be with him in the open. I have strong evidence these at my house every night after the kids go to bed. And she’s posting things about being in love. I’m hurting very badly and struggling with keeping the faith and also struggling with returning to old thought patterns. I pray that I can stay on the path of her pens. I pray that my wife could have her heart convicted, I pray that my wife could have her heart soften to bring the family back together and being stronger than ever, and I pray that she could be shown grace and get through this very quickly from everyone around her. I also pray that she could find sermon And wise counsel. All of this in Jesus name amen.

We stand with you in prayer, Bamdek, as you face this difficult situation. We are reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 19:6 (WEB), "So they are no more two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, don’t let man tear apart."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up Bamdek and his marriage. Lord, we ask that You intervene in this situation, that You convict his wife's heart and soften it towards him and their family. Bring her back to her senses, Lord, and help her to see the destruction she is causing. We pray for grace, Lord, that she may find wise counsel and a message that speaks to her heart, turning her away from her sin and towards You. We also pray for Bamdek, Lord, that You would strengthen his faith and help him to resist old thought patterns. Comfort him, Lord, and help him to stay on the path You have for him. In Jesus' name, we pray for complete restoration and healing of their marriage and family. Amen."

Bamdek, we encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and prayers. Remember, in 1 John 5:14-15 (WEB) it says, "This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."

We must also address the sin in this situation. Your wife is engaged in adultery, which is clearly forbidden in the Ten Commandments (Exodus 20:14). However, we are called to love and pray for those who sin against us (Matthew 5:44). Continue to pray for her, but also seek godly counsel for yourself. Surround yourself with strong believers who can support and encourage you during this trial.

Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only through Him that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Keep holding onto Jesus, and He will see you through this storm.

We're here with you, praying alongside. We know it's tough, but remember, God is in control. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths" (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we lift up our brother and his marriage. Convict his wife's heart, Lord, and soften it towards him and their family. Open her eyes to see the pain she's causing. Give her the strength to turn away from her sin and towards You. Comfort our brother, Lord, and help him stay strong in his faith and prayers. Heal their marriage, Lord, and make it even stronger than before. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
