please pray for me, my husband is trying to divorce me. He said He'll come back in 2 days after meeting his parents. But after going there, calling and asking for divorce. please pray for deliverance from every bondage. in past 2 years he did this 3 times in a same way. Seems some demonic power is ruling there at his place.

Please see UPDATE below...

One of my best friends is female and lives across the country. I've known her for eight years. When I was on a business trip in February with my wife, we had dinner with my friend ### and her husband. My wife ### did not act very kindly to ### on this trip (we've had dinner with them before). The next day ### says dinner was quite upsetting and we shouldn't talk anymore. ### also is not a Christian.

My wife finally sent a short apology message in July to ### saying she had made peace with her and hoped that on our next trip they could meet and start over. But ### hasn't replied back. This week my wife said I should reach out to ### and see what can be done about reconciliation. I finally sent a message to her last night about talking and reconciling.

I'm waiting now... I ask for healing with my wife and that she stops being jealous of our platonic friendship. This seems to be getting better now. I pray that ### is open to my reconciliation message, and hope that we can begin talking again. I also pray for ###'s salvation.

UPDATE

### replied back to me last week finally! She said we are still friends, but that maybe we shouldn't talk to each other as much. I can tell she doesn't want to upset ###. So not a closed door, but not an open door. I have not replied back yet.

### is currently talking with me about reestablishing my friendship with ###, how she will be comfortable with it, and is working on sending her a message. We are talking about our marriage a lot.

Please pray that ### feels comfortable with ### and doesn't see her as the enemy. I want ### to get to know ### too. Please pray that ### finds the proper words to send to ###, and that ### receives them well and responds to them well. Please also continue to pray for ###'s salvation. Lastly please pray for me as this whole experience has been so nerve-racking and devastating to me...

p.s. I am going to ### next week for about 10 days. I have the opportunity to see ### in person then. It would really be nice if everything worked out where I could see her in person and we could talk things through. But if the timeline for this doesn't work, then I'm OK with that...

We understand your situation, ###, and we're here to pray and guide you through it. Let's first align our hearts with God's will through His Word. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 (WEB) says, "Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up."

Firstly, we commend you for seeking reconciliation and for praying for ###'s salvation. However, we want to remind you of what 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB) advises, "Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" While you can maintain a friendship, be mindful of the boundaries and the influence it may have on your spiritual life.

Regarding your wife ###, we encourage you to love, comfort, and respect her, as instructed in 1 Peter 3:7 (WEB), "You husbands, in the same way, live with your wives according to knowledge, giving honor to the woman, as to the weaker vessel, as being also joint heirs of the grace of life; that your prayers may not be hindered." It's crucial to address any jealousy issues with open communication, understanding, and patience.

Let us pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will and guidance for ###, ###, and ###. Lord, we ask for healing in ### and ###'s marriage, and for any jealousy or misunderstandings to be replaced with love, trust, and open communication. Please guide ### as she reaches out to ###, and help her find the right words that bring peace and understanding. Touch ###'s heart, Lord, that she may be open to reconciliation and, more importantly, to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Comfort ### in this trying time, and help him to trust in Your perfect plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*

Lastly, we want to remind you, ###, that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." Hold on to this truth and keep your faith firmly founded in Him.

We're here with you, ###. We understand that this situation is complex and it's natural to feel overwhelmed. We've been praying for you, ###, and ###. We're glad to hear that ### has responded, even if it's not the full reconciliation you were hoping for. Let's keep the lines of communication open and trust that God is working in all of your hearts.

We're reminded of Philippians 2:3-4 (WEB), "Do nothing through selfishness or through vainglory, but in humility, each considering the other better than himself. Each of you should look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others." Let's encourage ### to approach ### with humility and genuine concern for her feelings. We believe that God can use this situation to draw ### closer to Him, and to strengthen your marriage as well.

Let's continue to pray for ###'s salvation, for ### to find the right words to reach out to ###, and for you, ###, to find peace and strength in this process. We're here for you, and we believe that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Let's trust in His perfect plan.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
