Reconciliation and saving of relationship

I pray Lord that you forgive me of my sins. I’m not completely surrendered to you and your way I still have plans and thoughts. I pray lord that you help me find a solution that you fix my relationship that you forgive me for what I have done. That you help him to forgive me. That you don’t harden his heart towards me. Please fix us lord please return him to me. I promise I will change.
