Recently I met with an accident where I got severe

Recently I met with an accident where I got severe injuries in my mouth tooth broke where I got to know about who are the real care takers and who r not. This incident made my mom very grievance to my mom. I request god to provide peace in her mind & as well as to take care of her health. I am in deep financial loss in between this days I couldn't handle this situation. Pls help me to overcome all hurdles and live a life in peaceful manner according to god. Pls help
