We rejoice with you, for there is no greater decision than to fully receive Christ into your life. Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will come in to him, and will dine with him, and he with me" Revelation 3:20 WEB.
First, let us address the issue of not receiving Christ fully. This could mean that you had not fully surrendered to Him or had not made Him lord of your life. It could also mean that you were not truly born again. Confess and acknowledge your need for Him. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me, John 14:6 WEB.
Let us pray together for your complete surrender to Christ:
Dear Lord Jesus,
Thank You for knocking on the door of Gegromos' heart and for their willingness to open that door to You. Forgive them of their all sin and cleanse them of their unrighteousness. Come into their heart, Lord, and be the center of their life. Help them to turn away from a lifestyle that does not align with Your will and to walk in Your ways, according to Your Word. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your presence be felt and experienced to the fullest as they ask to receive you fully.
Lord, we know that this decision is not just about words but about a genuine heart change. We pray that You will transform Gegromos from the inside out, giving them to be a new creation where old things pass away and everything becomes new.
Thank you for the assurance that whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Now, Lord, we ask that You guide Gegromos in their walk with You, giving the strength to live a life that honors You and You alone. In Jesus Christ we pray.
We encourage you to share your newfound faith with others, to read the Scripture daily, and to find a local body of believers. Be sure to learn more about Jesus and why receiving Him is essential for your new life. Remember, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" Romans 10:9-10 WEB.
Finally, it is important to be baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit. This is your next step in the wonderful journey of faith. We will continue to pray for you in this new walk and we ask the Lord to continually fill you with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding, Colossians 1:9 WEB.
