We understand that you are facing a difficult situation with a neighbor who is causing distress through gossip, harassment, and attempts to sow discord. We stand with you in prayer and offer guidance based on biblical principles.
Firstly, it is crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil Eph 6:12. We must put on the whole armor of God to stand against these schemes Eph 6:11,13.
In such situations, it is important to respond with love and kindness, even when it is difficult. Jesus said, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Mat 5:44. This does not mean we allow harm to come to us or our loved ones, but rather that we do not retaliate with evil.
It is also vital to address the issue of gossip. The Bible clearly states, "A talebearer reveals secrets, but he who is of a faithful spirit conceals a matter." Pro 11:13. Gossip is sinful and can cause great harm. We must refrain from engaging in it and gently correct those who do Pro 25:9-10.
Regarding the mention of a "Satan spirit," we must be clear that our focus should be on God and His power, not on the enemy. "Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." Jas 4:7.
We also note that the request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved." Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing harassment and gossip from their neighbor. We pray for Your peace and protection over their home and their mind. We rebuke the spirit of confusion and discord, and we ask that You fill their home with Your presence.
We pray for the neighbor, that their heart would be changed and that they would turn away from gossip and harassment. We ask that You would bless those who curse and do good to those who hate, as Your word instructs us.
We also pray for guidance regarding moving. We ask that You would make the path clear, and that You would provide a peaceful and safe environment for our brother/sister to live.
Finally, we pray that our brother/sister would be strengthened in their faith, that they would know the power of the name of Jesus, and that they would find comfort and hope in You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying and seeking God's will in this situation. Trust in Him, and He will guide you and protect you. "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Pro 3:5-6.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
