Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB:
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Let's pray together for this situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing harassment and distress from their neighbor. Lord, You are our shield and our strong tower. We ask that You surround them with Your hedge of protection and guide them through this challenging time.

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of gossip, falsehood, and intimidation that is operating through this neighbor. We bind the evil one and command the spirits of confusion, harassment, and sabotage to cease their activities in Jesus' name.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for our brother/sister, that they may know how to respond in a way that honors You. Guide them with Your Holy Spirit, and give them the strength to forgive and love their neighbor as You have commanded us to do.

We also pray for this neighbor, that their heart may be changed and softened. May they come to know the truth of the Gospel and find salvation in Jesus Christ and freedom from the spirits that are influencing their actions.

Lastly, we are specifically thankful for the person mentioning Jesus Christ as their savior in this prayer request. For it is written in Acts 4:12:
Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!
