We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with a neighbor who is causing discord and seeking to take advantage of you. We also see that you're dealing with individuals who are causing confusion and spreading false prophesies, witchcraft, and gossip. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging Jesus Christ as your Savior. It is only through His name that we can find salvation and have access to God. Acts 4:10-12 - be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. 11 He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' 12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Let's address the issues you're facing with biblical principles and prayer.
God's word clearly teaches us to love our neighbors as ourselves Mark 12:31, but it also tells us to be wise and discerning. Matthew 10:16 - Behold, I send you out as sheep among wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
When dealing with a neighbor who is causing strife, we should first seek peace and reconciliation, as far as it depends on us. Romans 12:18 - If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. However, we should also set boundaries and avoid those who cause division and discord. Romans 16:17 -Now I beg you, brothers, look out for those who are causing the divisions and occasions of stumbling, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and turn away from them.
Regarding those who are spreading false prophesies, witchcraft, and gossip, the Bible strongly condemns these practices. Exodus 22:18 - You shall not allow a sorceress to live. And Revelation 21:8 - But for the cowardly, unbelieving, sinners, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their part is in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death.
We should not be afraid to rebuke and expose these deeds of darkness. Ephesians 5:11 - Have no fellowship with the fruitless works of darkness, but rather even reprove them.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing opposition and discord from their neighbor and others. We pray that You would give them wisdom and discernment in handling these situations, setting boundaries, and avoiding strife. We rebuke the spirits of confusion, witchcraft, and gossip that are at work, and we ask You to protect and guard them from these influences. We pray that You would bring peace and reconciliation, if possible, and that You would expose and put an end to the deceitful and divisive behavior of these individuals. Help our brother/sister to stand firm in their faith and remain focused on You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Psalm 55:22 - Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
