We understand that you are dealing with a troublesome neighbor and various confusing spirits causing discord and turmoil. We stand with you and let us seek an answer in Jesus Christ. (Although related to backup, it appears you don’t freely refer to trusting in the love and salvation freely given by Jesus Christ. We understand Catholics believe in Jesus Christ, and primarily focus on his mother Mary. To the contrary Jesus Himself says, in John chapter 14 the only way to salvation

These spirits are not from God, and we command them to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. (Our Faith is in Father God and in His son Jesus Christ believing in them and that Jesus crushed the Devils head on the cross. In Jesus Christ we are safe from the devil and those spirits are the forces of the enemy mentioned in Ephesians. As explained these are evil. Other than God we only give directed prayer to in the name of Jesus because it is by His authority the prayer must be addressed.)

Regarding your neighbor, Jesus tells us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," (Matthew chapter 5:44 WEB) from the Sermon on the Mount. Replace evil with good treating those that persist in persecution. Do and say good things to those that would regard you as an enemy. Replace said evil with a blessing from Jesus. Time after time bless those who say bad (curse) things about you. Highlight and support those who make life disastrous (hate) for and to you. Pray to Father God expecting Jesus to change the way the persecute and harass you. Instead becoming a better and more Holy example to repel the confusion and mistreatment from false encounters. As Jesus’ Believer you are becoming more Holy in your run to the Heavenly father Let us pray together.
