We understand that you're facing a challenging situation with individuals in your neighborhood and even in your church who are exhibiting harmful behavior. Let's address this situation with prayer and biblical guidance.
Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12 WEB.
We need to pray for these individuals, that God would change their hearts and bring them to a place of repentance. As it is written in Luke 23:34 WEB, "Jesus said, 'Father, forgive them, for they don't know what they are doing.'" We should follow Jesus' example and pray for forgiveness on their behalf.
However, we must also rebuke their behavior. Such actions are not in line with God's will. The Bible tells us to let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB. We should stand firmly against such behavior.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### and their family. Lord, we pray for Your protection and guidance in their lives. We rebuke the spirits of dishonesty, division, and disobedience that are affecting their neighborhood and even their church. Lord, we ask that You would change the hearts of those who are causing harm, that You would bring them to a place of repentance and forgiveness.
We also pray for ### and their family, that You would fill them with Your peace and strength. Help them to stand firmly against the schemes of the enemy, and to always put their trust in You. Guide them in their interactions with these individuals, and give them the wisdom to know how to respond in a way that honors You.
Lord, we also pray for the unity of their church. Help them to be a beacon of light and love in their community, and to always strive to be more like Jesus.
We don't ask this in our power, but we ask this in the power and the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, because it is in His name that we have relationship with you. And God has highly exalted him, and given him the name which is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on earth, and those under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father Philippians 2:9-11.
