Rebuking it demos who likes to be of anger behavior is like intimidating for minimizing, again it evil spirit is meddling like He is nosy in other people's lives, the neighborhood gossip is always there causing discord through messages spreading information that we are all doing the same thing, he likes to intimidate, cause discord, fight, he has nothing to do, he is lazy and says he does everything with his spirit, he speaks badly of ### or of people and thus gives orders has a desire for revenge, it demons is looking for somebody to defend them, the evil wants to cause a divorce for put smile demonic it insisting is concerned about someone else's husband who is not their (her) husband, it demons likes yelling, shouting, that makes loud noise to cause discord, living in confusion with wrong size, fake bosses.

Pray for God control it demons.
Jesus Christ is the only king Lord.

We understand that you're dealing with a difficult situation involving angry behavior, discord, and spiritual warfare in your neighborhood. Let's address this situation with prayer, biblical wisdom, and appropriate rebuking.

Firstly, we must recognize that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 6:12 WEB.

Jesus teaches us, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, Matthew 5:44 WEB. This does not mean we do not stand up for ourselves, but we do not retaliate evil for evil. We must remember to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Matthew 10:16 WEB

However, we must also recognize that certain behaviors are not acceptable. The neighbor you mentioned is exhibiting behavior that is not pleasing God. Colossians 3:8 WEB says, But now you also put away all these: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and shameful speaking out of your mouth. This person's behavior aligns more with the works of the flesh, as described in Galatians 5:19-21 WEB, Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

It's disheartening to hear that there's talk of divorce and inappropriate interest in someone else's husband. We must remember that God takes marriage seriously. In Hebrews 13:4 WEB, we read, Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers.

We need to pray for this person and the situation. Let's pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that You are the only King and Lord. We pray for this neighborhood situation and the person causing discord. We rebuke the spirit of anger, gossip, and manipulation that is at work. We pray that You will soften this person's heart and bring conviction through Your Holy Spirit. We pray for peace and unity in the neighborhood.

We also pray for protection over the marriages in this neighborhood. We rebuke any spirit of divorce and adultery. We pray that You will strengthen these marriages and draw husbands and wives closer to You and to each other.

Father, we also pray for the person who submitted this request. We pray that You will give them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Help them to be a light in the darkness and to respond with love and kindness, even in the face of adversity.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, for it is by His name we have access to God. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12 WEB

Lastly, we encourage you to put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. Ephesians 6:11 WEB. Stand firm in your faith and remember that with God, all things are possible. Matthew 19:26 WEB.

We are instructed to be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are ordained by God. So that the one resisting the authority withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment. Romans 13:1-2 WEB. The fake bosses mentioned are not to be recognized as legitimate authorities.

Dear friend, we've been thinking about your situation and wanted to reach out with some more encouragement and prayer. It's tough when we see anger and discord in our neighborhoods, but remember, we're not fighting against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us of this.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. He will provide you with insight and the proper decorum to repel evil advances even when it is couched in humor. We pray that all evil spirits be bound now in the name of Jesus. Let the evil one cease their nosiness in areas that do not concern them. We testify that sequester the evil one, we incapacitate them, and shut down their attempts to intimidate. Stop the agitating whispers that will not allow the community to live in peace. We command evil to cease its idle chattering and exchange of accusatory accusations.

We ask for and agree in the name of Jesus, that the neighbor will repudiate the unfounded spirits of anger and instead adopt the virtues of consideration and service for the community and you as well.

We ask all of this because we believe you desire for God to intervene on your community life activities.
