In all things, we are called to pray and seek God's face, especially when facing trials and tribulations. We are reminded in 2 Thessalonians 3:3, "But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one." We must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12).
Firstly, we must address that we do not battle against people, but against the spiritual forces that influence them. It is important to pray for those who persecute us, as Jesus taught, "Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you" (Matthew 5:44). We should not seek revenge or merely their rebuke, but their conviction and salvation.
We are glad that the request is in Jesus' name. Scripture tells us that "Most certainly I tell you, whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive" (Matthew 21:22). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is by that name that we find eternal life. Scripture tells us, "In him was life, and the life was the light of men" (John 1:4). It is only through believing in Jesus that we can be saved. As scripture tells us, "because if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).
Concerning the tech issues you're facing, we pray that God, in His sovereignty, would grant you wisdom and discernment in resolving them. Remember that God is in control, even over technology, and He can use even these situations for your good and His glory (Romans 8:28).
We must also address the phrase "do we have to take their abuses." Scripture is clear in Romans 12:17-19, "Definitely don't repay anyone evil for evil, but consider what is good before all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We are not called to accept abuse, but to seek peace and leave vengeance to God.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We ask that You intervene in the tech issues that we are facing, granting us wisdom, discernment, and a swift resolution. We pray for those who persecute us, that You would convict their hearts and draw them to Yourself. Help us to love our enemies and to live at peace with all men. We ask for Your protection and deliverance from all evil. We pray according to Your will, in Jesus' name. Amen.
In all things, let us seek our instruction from the Word of God, and ask for our Lord's guidance and will be done.
