We understand that you're dealing with a challenging situation involving a meddling and nosy spirit that is causing discord and manipulation in your neighborhood. Let's address this issue together in prayer and through biblical guidance.

Firstly, it's crucial to recognize that God calls us to live in peace and harmony with our neighbors, as much as it depends on us. As it is written in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." However, we are also warned about those who cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which we have learned, and we are instructed to avoid them, as stated in Romans 16:17.

The behavior you're describing is characteristic of a gossiping and contentious spirit, which the Bible strongly condemns. Proverbs 16:28 says, "A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends." Similarly, Proverbs 26:20-21 warns, "Without wood, a fire goes out, and without a gossip, contention ceases. As coals are to hot embers, and wood to fire, so is a contentious man to kindling strife."

To address this situation, let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, acknowledging that all authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Him. We bring this neighborhood situation before You, asking for Your intervention and guidance. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of gossip, meddling, and manipulation that is causing discord and strife among the neighbors. We pray that You would expose the false alliances and false information being spread, and bring to light the hidden motives and manipulations.

Father, we ask that You would fill each neighbor with Your Spirit of love, peace, and unity. Help them to be builders of harmony, rather than agents of division. We pray that You would soften their hearts, turning them away from wrongdoing and towards righteousness.

Lord, we also pray for the one who is causing these issues. We ask that You would convict their heart and bring them to a place of repentance. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from their sin. We pray that they would come to know You, Jesus, as their personal Lord and Savior, if they do not already.

Father, we ask all these things in Jesus' name we pray. Amen"

In dealing with this situation, it's essential to remain calm and avoid getting drawn into arguments or retaliation. Instead, focus on being a peacemaker and a positive influence in your neighborhood. Galatians 5:22-23 reminds us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Lastly, it's important to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places, as stated in Ephesians 6:12. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand, as outlined in Ephesians 6:13.

Let's keep praying for the one causing the issues, that they would come to a place of repentance and turn from their harmful ways. We can trust that God is at work in their life, and that His love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
