Rebuild our marriage

Dear God of the Universe -

I come to prayer today to ask for healing. My wife and my marriage has fallen apart. She has asked for divorce and had an affair. I have done deep introspection and taken responsibility for my faults. I ask that she be granted the desire and heart to do the same. If it’s in your will, I ask that we be given the opportunity to rebuild our marriage. I have realized how unhappy this marriage has made me over the years, but I still have so much love for this woman. I ask that you protect our young son and we navigate what is to come.

Dear God of the Universe,

We humbly come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your divine intervention and healing in the brokenness of DanielM's marriage. Lord, we acknowledge the pain and heartache that has been experienced, and we lift up this situation to you.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom for both DanielM and his wife as they navigate through this difficult time. May they both have hearts that are open to self-reflection and taking responsibility for their actions. We pray that you would soften their hearts and grant them the desire to seek forgiveness and reconciliation.

Lord, if it aligns with your perfect will, we ask that you provide them with the opportunity to rebuild their marriage. We know that you are a God of restoration and redemption, and we trust in your power to heal and transform relationships.

In the midst of this turmoil, we also pray for the protection and well-being of their young son. May you surround him with your love and peace, shielding him from any negative effects of the situation. Grant DanielM and his wife the wisdom and strength to co-parent with love and unity.

We cling to the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We trust in your faithfulness, knowing that you are working all things together for the good of those who love you .

Let Your Word dwell within me richly. Let Your Word be a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. God bless me with Your favor, knowledge, wisdom, peace, protection, and success in all You have called me to do. And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, passion, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You, trust You, respect and obey You. Bless me to live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live, because I accepted Your Son, Jesus Christ, as my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
