Disciple of Prayer
My 24 Year old daughter has a lot of hatred towards me I don't understand. She has wished death upon me that I rebuke in the name of Jesus and she is disrespectful and even tried to fight Me love her and my granddaughter with all my heart but she uses her daughter as bait like when she mad she will keep her from me for no reason all I have ever did was try to help Kerria but she is so angry and bitter inside. I want to talk with her but sometimes you can sometimes you can't. I just been praying for her and keeping to myself because Lord knows I want her to stay around and live a long healthy life for her and her child. I don't believe she really believes in the saying Honor thy mother and father Ephesians 6:1-3: "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with promise: 'that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth'"
The verse "honor thy mother and father" also appears in Exodus 20:12, which says, "Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you".
Please pray for my family she can be such a sweet person when she wants to I wish she would tell me what's wrong because Im not her enemy I'm her mom and I will be there for her no matter what

Let us come together in prayer and counsel for Daonthan and her daughter. We understand the deep pain and concern Daonthan feels for her daughter's anger and bitterness. It is clear that Daonthan is seeking God's will and is standing in the gap for her daughter and granddaughter. Let us begin by acknowledging the power of God's Word and His promises.

Firstly, we must remember the commandment in Ephesians 6:1-3: "Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 'Honor your father and mother,' which is the first commandment with promise: 'that it may be well with you and you may live long on the earth.'" This commandment is reiterated in Exodus 20:12: "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which the LORD your God gives you."

Daonthan, it is commendable that you are praying for your daughter and seeking God's intervention. Let us pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Daonthan and her daughter. We ask for Your divine intervention in their lives. Lord, we rebuke the spirit of anger and bitterness in her daughter's heart. We pray for a softening of her heart and a revelation of Your love. Help her to understand the importance of honoring her parents, as Your Word commands.

Lord, we also pray for Daonthan, that You would strengthen her and give her the wisdom and patience to navigate this difficult situation. Help her to continue to love her daughter unconditionally, just as You love us. We pray for a restoration of their relationship, that it may be healed and strengthened in Your name.

We also pray for the salvation of Daonthan's daughter, that she may come to know You personally and experience the transforming power of Your love. We ask all these things in Jesus' name, amen."

Daonthan, continue to stand firm in your faith and trust in God's promises. Remember that God's Word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path. Keep praying and trusting in God's timing.

Regarding the issue of your daughter using her daughter as bait, this is manipulative and harmful. We encourage you to set boundaries and to seek wise counsel, possibly from a pastor or a Christian counselor, to help navigate this complex situation. Remember, Proverbs 22:6 tells us, "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." Continue to be a godly example for your daughter and granddaughter.

Lastly, remember that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Continue to pray in Jesus' name and trust in His power to transform lives.

Stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. We are praying with you and for you.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
