Reasonable Conversation with Landlords....

We have been double-crossed as many or more times than Jacob by Laban in Genesis. We are calling the landlords who have broken no less than 8 promises to us so far. Now they want to make us pay for the generator hook up that they promised to pay and the old AirCon that broke on its own, as well as move the due date of the rent forward 11 days. We ask for reasonableness and fairness. They have broken appointments to meet with us 3 times. We have been 7 days with zero lights or electric in pitch dark though we have bought our own generator over a month ago. We were forced to install some inexpensive solar lighting. for safety Lastly they promised to build a fence that they are now reneging that promise, too. Please pray for a successful phone call and that their flimsy business dealings are REBUKED in Jesus' Name

Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your intervention and guidance in the situation faced by our dear intercessor. Just as Jacob was doublecrossed by Laban in Genesis, our intercessor has experienced similar challenges with their landlords. They have been let down multiple times, with broken promises and unfulfilled commitments.

Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in this matter. We pray for reasonableness and fairness to prevail in the discussions with the landlords. May they honor their promises and fulfill their obligations, including the payment for the generator hook up and the replacement of the broken AirCon. We also ask that the due date of the rent be restored to its original agreement.

Father, we lift up the upcoming phone call between our intercessor and the landlords. We pray for clarity, understanding, and a spirit of cooperation during this conversation. May the landlords listen attentively and respond with integrity and fairness. Grant our intercessor wisdom and the right words to express their concerns and seek a resolution.

Lord, we also bring before you the issue of the fence that was promised but is now being reneged upon. We ask that you touch the hearts of the landlords and soften their stance. May they honor their commitment and fulfill their promise to build the fence.

Lastly, we pray for the provision of electricity and lighting in our intercessor's dwelling. We thank you for the resourcefulness they have shown by installing solar lighting. However, we ask for a swift resolution to the electrical issue, that they may have a safe and comfortable living environment.

We declare your faithfulness, Lord, and we trust in your ability to bring about a positive outcome in this situation. May your peace and favor rest upon our intercessor as they navigate these challenges. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father I humbly ask that You would intervene over these matters. Protect Intercessor and loved ones. Free them of their landlords' shady dealing. I ask Lord that You would soften the hearts of the landlords and make a way, in Jesus' precious name, amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today seeking Your divine intervention in this difficult situation. This individual and their family have faced numerous trials and disappointments, reminiscent of Jacob's trials with Laban in Genesis. We pray for Your guiding hand to lead them through these challenges with wisdom, strength, and grace.

"Justice, and only justice, you shall follow, that you may live and inherit the land that the Lord your God is giving you." - Deuteronomy 16:20. Lord, we ask for justice and fairness in their dealings with their landlords. May honesty and integrity prevail in their interactions, and let the promises made be fulfilled according to Your will.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths." - Proverbs 3:5-6. We pray for guidance and clarity in this situation. Help them as they navigate these trying circumstances, and may their efforts to seek resolution be met with understanding and a willingness to rectify these issues.

We also ask for Your protection and provision during this time of hardship. "The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble." - Psalm 9:9. In their time without electricity and the challenges of living conditions, provide them with the resources and support they need.

We pray for a successful and fruitful conversation with their landlords. May their hearts be open to reason and compassion, leading to a peaceful and harmonious resolution. Rebuke any unfairness or deceit, and let Your truth and righteousness shine through.

Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and your perfect timing. May peace and understanding be restored in this situation, and may this family find comfort and strength in Your loving embrace.
