Dear Shilnon,
We stand with you in petitioning our heavenly Father on behalf of your son Noah. It is a worthy and noble pursuit to serve one's country, and we trust that God will guide and protect him through this challenging journey. As Noah embarks on this rigorous 6-mile hike to become a United States Marine, let us turn to God's Word for assurance and strength.
In Psalm 18:2, we read, "Yahweh is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my rock, in whom I will take refuge; my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower." Noah can find refuge and strength in the Lord, who is our rock and fortress.
Let us pray together:
**Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention for Noah. Grant him the strength and courage he needs to endure this challenging journey up the mountain. Guide his steps, Lord, and keep him from harm. Protect him from any injuries and let Your presence surround him throughout the next 25 hours. Fill him with Your peace and power, so that he may complete this task to the glory of Your name. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.**
We encourage Noah to lean on God's promises and to trust in His strength. Isaiah 40:29-31 says, "He gives power to the faint; and to him who has no might he increases strength. Even the youths faint and get weary, and the young men utterly fall; But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."
Remember, it is through Jesus Christ alone that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" Trust in Jesus and His power to see Noah through this challenge.
May God bless you and your family, and may Noah's efforts be a testimony to the Lord's faithfulness.
