We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Tan Popatas and their prayer request for help with the spiritual muscle tense thing. Lord, we acknowledge that spiritual battles can sometimes leave us feeling tense and overwhelmed. We know that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of darkness .
