Really need guidance please

When I was in hospital I was prescribed a soluble multivitamin supplement but think it is upsetting my tummy as are the laxatives I was prescribed I know that the gut affects mental health so really need to know how to get the nutrients I need. I did order a seaweed supplement as supposed to be good for you but not sure whether to take it I don't have access to a dietician to help me and the stress is making me much worse. I have asked God over and over to please tell me what to do but I get no guidance and this makes me even more stressed. It is written "In all thy says acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths" so I understand the silence and confusion? PLEASE God tell me what time do and I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen

I live in a remote area and don't have access to good healthcare professionals. I am afraid it is mainly because of medical negligence that I ended up in hospital.
