Read, Listen to, Meditate Upon, Study, and Pray God’s Word

Let Us Pray: God I ask You in Jesus’ name to give me a great love to read, listen to, meditate upon, study, be a doer of, a prayer of, and a singer of Your Word. God let Your Word dwell within me richly; so that I may be blessed, walk in excellence in my gifts and callings, and be a blessing to others. God have the Holy Spirit speak to my heart, mind, body, soul, and spirit through Your Word. God open up my eyes, ears, and heart to the lesson or lessons You want me to learn. Protect my mind and heart from all distractions, misrepresentations, and deceptiveness as I read, listen to, and meditate upon Your Word. Help me in the process of observation, interpretation, and application. But most importantly let me always purpose in my heart to know the God of the Word, not just the Word of God. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of this prayer, and all my family and friends that are Christians. God forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. Thank You Jesus! Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so.
