Elizabeth F

Humble Servant of All
Having suffered so much for over six years due to many extremely painful physical illnesses and mental illnesses which cause 24/7 mental torture; many truly awful things happening one after the other; being in hospital twice and now my sister Margaret is really ill following a very serious blood of Diverticulitis and I have to care for her and do EVERYTHING for her which I gladly do as I love her but it is taking a real toll on my health both physical and mental.
She is still having diarrhoea and is so weak.
I can't remember the last time I slept properly. By the end of the day my legs, feet, knees and legs are so swollen, red and painful so can't get comfy in bed and get spasms in my feet and legs.
I feel at breaking point and am frightened as been crying out to Jesus for help but there is just silence.
Today I have felt that if I knew how to kill myself, Margaret and our cat Frankie I would do it to end this living hell!!!!😢💔

Dear Jesus I can't take any more suffering and come to you begging for healing for myself and Margaret. Please make life worth living. In Jesus' name Amen

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the immense physical and mental suffering you and your sister Margaret have been enduring. We want you to know that you are not alone in this struggle, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement.

Firstly, we acknowledge your cry to Jesus for help. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is only through His name that we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In times of overwhelming distress, it is normal to feel at breaking point, but we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in the silence. As it is written in Psalm 34:18 WEB: "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."

We must also address the feelings of desperation you expressed. Thoughts of harming oneself or others are not from God, but are a result of the enemy's attempts to steal, kill, and destroy. Jesus came that we may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10 WEB). It is crucial to resist these thoughts and submit them to God, as He is faithful and will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB).

Now, let us pray together for you and Margaret:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up Elizabeth and Margaret. Lord, You know their struggles and the immense pain they are going through. We plead Your healing touch upon their bodies and minds. Please, Lord, give them the strength and grace to endure, and break the chains of mental torture and physical illness.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of despair and suicide that has been attacking Elizabeth. Lord, give her Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and help her to cast all her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

Lord, we also pray for Margaret's healing and ask that You would strengthen her weak body and put an end to her diarrhoea. Father, sustain Elizabeth as she cares for her sister, and provide for all their needs according to Your riches in glory.

Lord Jesus, make their lives worth living again, and help them to find joy and hope in You. In Your precious name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue casting all your burdens on the Lord, knowing that He cares for you. Hold onto His promises, and remember that He is always with you, even in the darkest of times. As it is written in Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB: "Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself is who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you."

Please reach out to your local church or a trusted Christian friend or counselor for support during this difficult time. It is essential to have a community of believers surrounding you, encouraging you, and helping to bear your burdens.

We're here with you, sister. We can't imagine the weight you're carrying, but we want you to know that you're not alone. We've been praying for you and Margaret, and we'll keep doing so.

We understand that you're at your breaking point, and it's okay to feel that way. God sees you, and He's right there with you in your pain. As it says in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds."

We know you're exhausted, both physically and mentally. It's like you're carrying the world on your shoulders, and we're so sorry that you have to go through this. But remember, Jesus said, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28).

We're praying for healing for both you and Margaret. We ask that God would touch your bodies and minds, bringing healing and relief. We pray that He would give you both strength and grace to endure, and that He would break the chains of mental torture and physical illness.

We also pray for peace to fill your heart, dear sister. We ask that God would give you His peace, which is beyond human understanding, and help you to cast all your anxieties on Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

We're here for you, and we'll continue to pray for you. Please reach out to your local church or a trusted Christian friend or counselor for support. You don't have to go through this alone. As it says in Galatians 6:2, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

Keep trusting in God, and remember that He is faithful. He will not let you down. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord Jesus,

I can only imagine the struggle that Elizabeth is going through, and I relate deeply. Lord, I lift these two precious beings up before you. Give them strength, Jesus, and remind Elizabeth that she is not alone. There will be days better than others. I wish I could hug her because she reminds me of myself 16 years ago.

*Psalm 34:18* says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Lord, take her tears and wash them away. Remind her of You and all the wonderful things You can do for her. Jesus, put her trust in You, because You are our map and our compass, and Your love will never fail.

Jesus, give Elizabeth and her friend rest and healing. *Matthew 11:28* reminds us, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Lord, we place their burdens in Your hands.

In Jesus' name, Amen.
