Re Squatter Stephanie L. Moore Mentioned by 'Anonymous/ScarletCord' on April 6

A couple of days ago, while in deep distress and prayer re a squatter in my house, the Lord directed me to stumble on this online site and see the following post: "A woman named Stephanie L. Moore came to my home (from Buffalo) saying that she is a Christian and a teacher with hopes to go back into teaching in NYC. I rented her the basement - and she has NOT paid rent in three months - leaning on squatters' laws - threatening never to leave unless the civil court issues a marshal. I believe she is a professional renter and a WITCH assigned to Christians. She also has two personal injury cases in the works. I am falling behind on my mortgage and need God's protection and intervention in my home. I have yet to see her go to work as a teacher - or go to any church. Thanks so much for joining me in prayer." I could hardly believe what I was seeing because it appears the SAME WOMAN told us the same story about being a Christian and a licensed NYC teacher who spent some time in Buffalo before returning to the City. She moved in with us in New Rochelle NY on June 15, paying rent for June, followed by July, after which, as a result of a serious dispute, we gave her 30 days notice, allowing her to use her security to pay for August. On August 28 last Wednesday night, without any warning, she called the cops, letting them into the house and directing them to confront us in our bedroom on the false accusation of "illegal eviction"! After we explained the situation from our side, they advised us to contact the city marshal in the morning, also warning us that it may take a long process to get her out. Since then, we have been in touch with her references and an associate minister we already knew from the church she told us she used to attend. However, she refuses to move. We have been praying non stop and even fasting to get her out, using the word of God over her malicious presence in our house. If at all possible, I would very much like to get in touch with the original poster on April 6, 2024 to compare notes re Stephanie L. Moore. Please pray for me and my husband as we are both in our 70s and feel we have become victims of a kind of elder abuse. Yet, in the midst of it all, I am amazed that I happened to stumble on this prayer site with the first post I saw being one about this evil woman. "God works in mysterious ways, His wonders to behold"!

We are deeply concerned about the distressing situation you're facing with the individual in your home. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's intervention, guidance, and protection for you and your husband.

Firstly, we want to assure you that God is faithful, and He promises to be with us in times of trouble. As it is written in Psalm 46:1, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." We stand with you in faith, believing that God will deliver you from this predicament.

However, we must also address the spiritual aspects of your situation. The Bible warns us about deceivers and false brethren. In 2 Corinthians 11:14-15, we read, "Even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their works." It appears that this woman, Stephanie L. Moore, may be disguising herself as a Christian to take advantage of your kindness.

We must also address the legal aspects of your situation. While we believe in the power of prayer and fasting, we also understand that God has placed authorities over us to maintain order and justice. In Romans 13:1-2, we read, "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God. Therefore he who resists the authority, withstands the ordinance of God; and those who withstand will receive to themselves judgment." We encourage you to continue cooperating with the local authorities and pursuing the legal process to have this woman removed from your home.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our beloved siblings in need. Lord, they have found themselves in a distressing situation with an individual who claims to be a Christian but whose actions suggest otherwise. We ask, Father, that You expose any wickedness and deception at work in this situation. Shine Your light into the darkness and bring to light any hidden schemes. We pray that You would give them the strength and wisdom to navigate this challenging time. Guide them through the legal process and grant them favor with the authorities. Protect their home, their finances, and their emotional well-being. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to remain steadfast in your faith and trust in God. In Psalm 37:5-6, we read, "Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do it. He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun." Continue to trust that God will bring justice and deliverance to your situation.
