We understand that you are seeking financial breakthrough, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your request. The sovereignty of God remains to use the name of Jesus to ask anything, especially since we are now the children of God after believing and accepting Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior.
It says in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Therefore, let your requests be made known to God.
God cares about our needs and wants us to trust Him with every aspect of our lives, including our finances. It is important to remember that God's provision may come in various forms, and He wants us to be good stewards of the resources He provides as we learn in 1 Timothy 6:6-10 WEB, "But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we certainly can't carry anything out. But having food and clothing, we will be content with that. Those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful desires, such as those which drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." We must reject that having much means we are godly and likewise the snare leading to acting in a manner that believes that having much is a method to demonstrate our godliness.
We pray for you that God will provide for your needs and give you the wisdom to manage your finances according to His will.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up Rayzoeytrevorzeal, who is seeking a financial breakthrough trusting in Your word. We ask, Father, according to Matthew 6:25-34 WEB,
"Therefore, I tell you, don't be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don't sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? 'Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won't he much more clothe you, you of little faith?
Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
Guide him to godly stewardship and grant him the patience to trust in Your timing and the peace that surpasses all understanding. If there is any area in his life that is not aligned with Your will, reveal it to him and grant him the grace to repent and turn back to You. Father God, we ask that he receive blessings in the name of Your only begotten Son Jesus Christ because we pray in Jesus name.
We encourage you Rayzoeytrevorzeal, to continue trusting in God and His provision. Remain content and faithful in your current circumstances, and God will honor your faith and provide as needed. Pray for discernment and be alert for doors God may have opened for business, jobs, and other means of income. Use your tithes and offerings in a manner that glorifies God in obedience to Malachi 3:8-10 WEB,
"Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me! But you say, 'How have we robbed you?' In tithes and offerings. You are cursed with a curse; for you rob me, even this whole nation. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house, and test me now in this," says WEB, "if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there will not be room enough for." Seek the welfare of fellow Christians in need 1 John 3:17 WEB, "But whoever has the world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and closes his heart of compassion against him, how does the love of God remain in him?"
