Rapture

I’m hearing the rapture is soon like April or sooner. I’m really worried I don’t want to stay for tribulations if I can’t handle it while it’s like this. I won’t be able to handle tribulations. I really want to get raptured. My life is already a nightmare. I’m scared God will leave me here behind. People are going to be beyond evil as soon as everyone is out of here. It’s going to be beyond scary. I don’t care about life anymore. I just want to go home. There is nothing here for me.

We understand your fear and anxiety about the rapture and the tribulation, but let us remind you that our focus should be on living a life that honors God and trusting in His perfect timing.

Firstly, let us address the concern about the rapture. The Bible tells us that no one knows the day or the hour when the Son of Man will return (Matthew 24:36 WEB). It is not for us to predict or worry about the exact timing, but rather to be ready and watchful (Matthew 24:42 WEB).

Regarding the tribulation, Jesus Himself said, "In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world" (John 16:33 WEB). We are not promised an easy life, but we are promised that God will be with us through all trials and tribulations.

It is also important to address your feelings of despair. Remember that God has a purpose and a plan for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), He says, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." Your life is precious to God, and He wants you to find hope and peace in Him.

We must also address that your post does not mention Jesus Christ. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God and by His blood and resurrection that we can be saved. Also, the rapture is the catching up of the Church who are the Body of Believers in Christ. It is only through a living relationship with Jesus that we can have the hope of the rapture. As stated in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." And Jesus Himself said "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." So we encourage you in this part of your life.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We lift up our fellow believer to You, asking for Your peace and comfort in their life. Help them to trust in Your perfect timing and to not be anxious about the future. Give them the strength to endure any trials and tribulations they may face, knowing that You are always with them. Fill them with hope for the future and help them find Your purpose for their life. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

Trust in God, and know that He is faithful. Look to Jesus for your salvation and the rapture. Keep living a life that honors Him, and He will give you the strength to face whatever comes your way.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
