Today's Encouraging Words
Rainy Season
"Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation" - because they said, "He has an unclean spirit." (Mark 3:28-30)
April showers bring May flowers is what's repeated time and time again during this time of the year. And now that the annual rainy season is coming to an end, means that plenty of sunshine and warm wheather is ahead.
Early this morning as I sat in my backyard drinking a cup of coffee, the bird's were singing, the warm rays of the sunshine heated my soul as it peeked through the clouds, the grass appeared greener, the trees appeared to be alive; and the flowers in our yard seemed even more vibrarant.
Sometimes we go through a rainy seasons in our lives. When clouds of bleakness, rains of difficult circumstance, and storms of fear often overwhelm us, leaving us feeling insignificant, helpless, and alone. However, when we become aware of Christ's presence surrounding us and Christ at work in our lives, it is like the sun breaking through the gloom of a cloudy day. And we rejoice and become more vibrant for the sense of new life that continually renews us each and everyday.
Don't let the rainy season get you down, go out and feel the life all around you and say Thank-You Lord!
“Trust In Him”
Don't Let The Rain Get You Down!
Have A Great God Day!
Today’s Prayer…
God our creator, help us to trust you and to give you thanks during the rainy seasons of our lives, knowing that we, like the earth, require such times for growth. In the name of your son Jesus - Amen!
