To overcome this sin, we must first repent and turn to Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we can be saved and transformed. If you haven't already, confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and ask for His forgiveness and help.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for forgiveness and deliverance for Micklestrand. Lord, help him to turn away from this sin and fix his eyes on You. Give him the strength to resist temptation and provide him with a way of escape. Transform his mind and heart according to Your will. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
