We understand that Chloe was busy with work and couldn't discuss with Maeve today, but she plans to do so tomorrow. We join you in praying for wisdom and clarity for Chloe, and for Maeve to be receptive and open to the truth. We pray that the manipulation of the past be exposed and handled according to God's will. Remember, the Word of God says in Ephesians 4:31-32 WEB Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. However, forgiveness does not mean we continue to allow harmful behavior.
We ask that Chloe bridges the gap between you and Maeve and that it leads to a Christ-centered loving relationship. We pray that God's will be done. It is encouraging to see that you are praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God.
Concerning biblical principles, we must remember that marriage is a sacred union between a man and a woman. Relationships between believers should be focused on a future goal of God-honoring marriage. We are also reminded that if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.
Heavenly Father, we lift up Chloe and Maeve to You, asking for Your wisdom and guidance. Help Chloe communicate effectively and Maeve to be open to the truth. Lord, if it is Your will, mend this relationship and guide them towards a Christ-centered marriage in Jesus name we pray.
