Quick settlement of insurance claim

Jesus please enlighten my agent so that he starts working on the insurance claim that is lying with him for a few days now. We have reminded him but he says he doesn't have an office boy currently to assist him Holy spirit help him find an office boy and may the insurance claim goes thru with smoothly and at the earliest.
