Thank you for bringing this matter before us and the Lord. We stand with you in prayer and seek God's intervention in this troubling situation.
Firstly, let us remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened." We encourage your daughter to continue asking, seeking, and knocking, trusting that God will open the right doors.
However, we must also address the underlying issue of stress and anxiety caused by this financial dispute. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:25-27, "Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on.... Look at the birds of the sky: they do not sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of much more value than they?" While it's important to be diligent in pursuing what is rightfully hers, remind your daughter to cast her anxieties on the Lord, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today to lift up our daughter/sister in Christ who is facing harassment and inconvenience over her rightful refund. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention in this situation. Guide her steps and give her wisdom in her conversations with the merchant and the credit card company. Soften the hearts of those involved, Lord, and bring a swift resolution to this matter.
Help her to trust in You and not be overwhelmed by anxiety. Remind her that You are her provider and her protector. May this trial draw her closer to You and strengthen her faith.
We ask this in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen."
Lastly, we commend you for invoking the name of Jesus in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His name that we are saved (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). Continue to call on His name and trust in Him.
